Why do I need to pay for a video meeting?
Our time is valuable, and we want to serve you well. For just 25€, you get a guaranteed one hour of our undivided attention!
I do not like being on camera. Do I need to have mine on? I do not own a web camera.
Absolutely not! The video calls are for showing our faces and for you chatting in the text box, and I'll mostly lead the calls. Having a microphone would be really helpful.
Can I add to the brief later on, and will this also cost me?
Adding more to the brief is totally fine. Video briefs come with a charge and are mostly for the first milestone briefing. Adding briefs via email is free and the best way to move forward with the project.
